Help your garden and home bloom this springtime

Even though the weather may have been somewhat erratic lately - or perhaps because of it - we are firmly embracing all thoughts of spring. We’ve put a Spring Collection together on the website to help you make conscious buying choices that not only welcome in a bright new season, but that will look good and last for years to come.

Whether you can make full use of it quite yet, this is the perfect time to plan garden seating. When it comes to choosing outdoor seating, be guided by the size of space you have and the areas that catch the most sunshine. If you have room for it, place seating in an area that catches the morning sun and a separate seat to catch the evening sun - both lovely times to enjoy some quiet time outdoors, soaking up the benefits of being in nature. 

 

Preloved pieces for vintage style

Our preloved Teak Companion Bench is perfect for terraces, patios or corners that catch the sun. Also known as a Love Seat or Jack and Jill Bench, two seats are joined at the central armrest with a handy table, so you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee - or evening sundowner - and have somewhere to rest your drink.

Our Teak Garden Bench boasts a traditional design and classic styling, perfect for enhancing with cushions and throws for outdoor comfort. Alternatively, our Chippendale Style Garden Bench comes complete with a cozy seat cushion, and offers a unique lattice back, ideal for sunny terraces or patios.

Add pots of style and colour

Surround your seating with spring flower-filled garden pots and planters. Choose from our collection of terracotta plant pots, available in a selection of shapes and sizes. The Clovelly Terracotta Planter has a lovely aged finish and pale pink hue that sets off blooms and foliage beautifully. Paired with a Galvanized Wire Basket Planter, classic Terracotta Plant Pots can be stylishly elevated to another level on tablescapes, indoors and out.

Our Pie Crust Plant Pot also has wonderful vintage charm; available in two sizes it has a lovely scalloped edge which resembles - you’ve guessed it - the crust of a homemade pie.

Looking for a showstopper? The elegant shape and rustic, aged finish of our Marseille Urn works every time. Made for larger floral displays, this piece looks great on its own, but really comes to life when bursting with blooms. Colour and texture are a vital part of our spring mix - our new, bright and beautiful Fair Trade Woven Baskets are handcrafted in Guatemala using repurposed plastic.
